Trio Bellanger The French « Bellanger String Trio » is two sisters and one brother, Laetitia, Raphaëlle, Emmanuel, playing respectively Violon, Viola and Cello. Laetitia Bellanger She began Violin at the age of 7. After attending several Music Schools, she obtained the prize of violon and diploma from the prestigious Conservatory of Paris. As she is a member of both the Pasdeloup Orchestra and the Bernard Calmel Chamber Orchestra, she tours quite a lot. She also plays in several festivals with the Ensemble Silneac. Moreover, she teaches violin in two Conservatories (Paris & Puteaux). Very creative and full of imagination, Laetitia got also involved into acting in the theatre play ‘The Journal of Marie Bachkirtseff’. Lastly, she paints, draws, sculpts. She then continued her musical studies in the Conservatory of Paris, then La Courneuve and finally Boulogne. She attended the courses of masters like Huguette Déat, Jacques St-Yves, Alexis Galpérine, Suzanne Guessner et Pierre-Henri Xuereb. She received two first prizes of Paris in violin and viola. She was also distinguished with three 1st prizes in musical writing from the National Conservatory of Paris (fugue, counterpoint, harmony), after attending master classes from Michel Merlet, Jean-Paul Holstein and Jean-François Zygel. She is currently playing for : - the Orchestra of Tours - interim in the Opera Bastille of Paris - the Archinto quartet - the Ensemble Cordes Mêlées Her personal website: https://myspace.com/raphaellebellanger Emmanuel Bellanger: Born in 69, Emmanuel starts learning piano in 74 then cello in 76. He received an education from the National Conservatory of Paris where he had several prizes: cello, chamber music, harmony and counterpoint. He’s also got a degree (M.A.) in Esthetics & Science in Arts and invented a ‘new temperament’. As a pianist, he received an International Prize for Chamber Music in Italy.
